Huge welcome to Nicole McGaffin, specialist Paralegal and Risk & Compliance recruiter. The first week has flown by - starting with an escape room challenge. (No, this isn’t a test every new joiner has to pass before officially joining RedLaw!) It just so happened to be our quarterly social, and we can confirm Nicole made it out unscathed.
She’s also had a packed onboarding week, including training, inductions, meeting all teams in the business, internal workshops and a new joiners' lunch. Here’s what she had to say about her first week:
"Following my first week at RedLaw, I have been made to feel extremely welcome and supported by the entire team. The collaborative culture at RedLaw has evident since my first day and everyone has really gone out of their way to ensure I feel comfortable and happy in my new role. I am looking forward to the next few months as I continue to learn and develop alongside my team and am excited for what the future holds."
Nicole joins as Senior Consultant and will be working alongside Ria Deboise, Manager of our Paralegal and Risk & Compliance team. We’re thrilled to have you on board, Nicole!
