In depth knowledge of the firm/the opportunity as well of course being confident in their own ability in what they do and getting that across in the interview.

Moving a team to an international firm having built a relationship with them over the course of 4 years.

I'd be the head of private client shopping at Harvey Nics.
Why did you choose to join RedLaw, and what do you enjoy most about working here?
I had known Jon and Amy for many years and always respected them. Knowing them as being superb recruiters, hard working, and generally all round good people. The opportunity to work in a collegiate and supportive agency was also very appealing.
