Overview
An international firm is seeking a Senior Conflicts Manager to join its global legal/compliance function. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on managing conflicts of interest, client confidentiality, and regulatory risk across multiple jurisdictions, while helping to shape and scale a centralised global conflicts team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of conflicts professionals 
 
Act as escalation point for complex legal and commercial conflicts issues 
 
Advise stakeholders globally on conflicts, confidentiality, and regulatory matters 
 
Enhance policies, controls, and processes (including systems such as Intapp) 
 
Drive efficiency, automation, and service improvement initiatives 
 
Deliver internal training on conflicts, confidentiality, and market conduct 
 
Support the build-out of a centralised global conflicts function 
 
Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to senior reporting 
Candidate Profile
Strong experience in compliance or in-house legal within a law firm or professional services environment 
 
Deep expertise in conflicts of interest and client confidentiality 
 
Proven team leadership and change management experience 
 
Familiarity with Intapp preferred 
 
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
 
Commercial, solutions-focused mindset
