Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tax Partner to join a top 50 UK law firm in a lead role. This rare Partner opportunity requires expertise in corporate tax, real estate tax, and, ideally, some experience in employment tax. This leadership position offers the chance to be a key player in a growing tax team with a focus on high-value corporate and real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse range of tax law matters, specialising in corporate tax, real estate tax, and employment tax.
- Work closely with an expert team across the firm, including specialists in tax disputes and private tax.
- Provide high-level strategic advice to clients while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's tax practice by fostering new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Significant expertise in corporate tax, real estate tax and, preferably, some employment tax knowledge.
- Commercially astute with a client-focused approach and the ability to generate new business.
- Rare Tax Partner also open to Legal Director/Senior Associates looking for a day one partner opportunity.
